Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager of Operations Support to oversee regional operations, including compliance audits, startup deployments, training programs, and safety initiatives. The role reports to a Director of Distribution Operations and requires leadership across facilities, customer liaison, and labor cost control.

The position emphasizes process improvement, effective use of WMS systems, and coordination with regional leadership to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in distribution management.
• Able to utilize WMS systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in coaching, training and presenting to operators.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures compliance in operations, training, security, safety, productivity, administration, customer service and sales.
• Audits and reports deficiencies in compliance and ensures timely follow up for corrective measures.
• Leads start-up projects and coordinates with customers on inventory, space and equipment.
• Trains Facility Managers on company policies, safety and HR procedures.
• Trains Customer Service Representatives on reporting procedures and corporate deliverables calendar.
• Trains facility management on safety programs and incident reporting.
