Job summary

ZB Rx Medical is seeking an Operations Specialist to perform warehouse tasks and local medical product deliveries in the Tulsa, OK area. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper packaging, and timely delivery to hospitals and healthcare facilities to support patient care.

This role involves staying on the move, coordinating routes, and maintaining records. A hands-on, team-oriented environment with ample training and ramp-up is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills (calls, texts, email).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery.
• Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation.
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs.
• Troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep).
• Follow HIPAA and privacy regulations.
