RX Medical in Wichita, KS is seeking an Operations Specialist (Warehouse & Medical Delivery) to ensure products are where they need to be and delivered on time.

You will pick, pack, deliver to hospitals, manage inventory, coordinate routes, and maintain records, while adhering to HIPAA and privacy rules.

This on-site role offers hands-on work, training during ramp-up, and a chance to support patient care in a growing healthcare company.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
• Good communication skills (calls, texts, email).
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery
• Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Set up and organize products upon delivery
• Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation
• Upload delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs
• Help troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution
• Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep)
• Follow all company policies, including HIPAA and privacy regulations
