Job summary

RX Medical is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Oklahoma City area. You will manage warehouse tasks, deliver to hospitals, and ensure proper product placement and record-keeping. This role supports patient care by keeping deliveries on schedule and inventory accurate.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in warehouse or logistics roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team. Training will ramp up over 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
• Good communication skills (calls, texts, email).
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery.
• Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Set up and organize products upon delivery.
• Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation.
• Upload delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs.
• Help troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep).
• Follow all company policies, including HIPAA and privacy regulations.
