RX Medical in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Operations Specialist (Warehouse & Medical Delivery) to join our on-site team. You’ll ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to support healthcare providers and patients.

You’ll pick, pack, deliver, and set up medical products, manage inventory, coordinate routes, document deliveries, and maintain vehicle readiness while following HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
• Good communication via calls, texts, and email.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery
• Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Set up and organize products upon delivery
• Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation
• Upload delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs
• Help troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution
• Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep)
• Follow all company policies, including HIPAA and privacy regulations
