CHS Devils Lake is seeking an Operations Specialist/Truck Driver in Adams, ND to support daily operations through equipment maintenance, yard upkeep and agronomy tasks. You will operate forklifts and skid steers, assist with seed and chemical operations, and help with snow removal in winter; a hands-on, team‑oriented role with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement and read/write English.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to obtain CDL/DOT card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load/unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties.
