CHS Dakota Plains Ag in Litchville, ND is seeking an Operations Specialist to load/unload grain, operate loaders and other equipment, and help maintain inventory while promoting a strong safety culture. The role requires ability to perform maintenance tasks and assist in handling fertilizer, chemical products, and other agricultural inputs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors and track mobile.
• Pre-employment screening may be required per job requirements.

Responsabilités

• Carry out general labor tasks promptly and efficiently under supervision.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and handling hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using appropriate machinery.
• Maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Deliver products to customer sites and ensure safe, clean work areas.
