Job summary

CHS Devils Lake is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Devils Lake, ND team. The role supports daily elevator and fertilizer operations, oversees loading/unloading of trucks, and handles housekeeping and safety tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work with agricultural inputs, prepare vehicles, and conduct routine maintenance while adhering to policies and regulations. A strong teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
• Operate and monitor automated scale/dump systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment with proper recordkeeping.
