CHS Inc. in Kindred, ND is hiring a Full-time Operations Specialist. You will load and unload grain, perform scheduled maintenance, monitor grain quality, assist in loading trains, and work toward obtaining your CDL with company training and support.

Join CHS’s grain and agronomy team to manage inventory, prepare trucks and railcars, maintain safety and housekeeping, and support warehouse duties including forklift operation. Competitive pay and benefits align with experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations and trucking operations.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading including sampling and attaching hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
• Deliver products to customer sites safely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all laws including pre- and post-trip reporting and hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and vehicles.
• Perform warehouse duties including forklift operation.
