Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana is hiring a Registered Nurse to plan, supervise, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. You will consult with staff, physicians and the nursing manager to ensure patient needs are met and regulatory requirements are followed.

Requires current Montana RN licensure, BLS, and one year of nursing experience (two to five years preferred). BSN is preferred and hospital experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse Licensure.
• BSN Preferred.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience required.
• Two to five years nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of each patient through the nursing process.
• Consults with staff, physicians and manager on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies.
• Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and assists the manager with daily operations.
• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle changing situations.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse Licensure.

• Current BLS required.
