Job summary

Benefis Health System is seeking an Inventory Specialist to assess, plan, and implement comprehensive surgery inventory needs within a fast-paced medical environment. You will work to ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations while supporting a diverse team.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in inventory management or supply chain; familiarity with medical supplies is preferred. Exemptions vary, with starting wages reflective of non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience with inventory and supply chain preferred.
• Knowledge of medical supplies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and continually evaluates comprehensive surgery inventory needs.
• Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Handles a variety of people, manages stressful situations, and resolves conflicts.
