Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana is seeking a scheduling coordinator for pre-operative appointments, tests, treatments and procedures in line with physician orders and protocols.

The role supports care teams, manages scheduling across the continuum of care, and requires knowledge of medical terminology. You will join a leading health system known for its patient‑centered care and robust facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience involving patient and provider interaction
• Scheduling experience and care coordination experience preferred
• Experience across the continuum of care preferred
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology

Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements
