Job summary

Welcome Pickups seeks an Operations Specialist for the S-Rides team to drive content, pricing coordination, and driver training. You will monitor performance and collaborate across departments to optimize customer experiences.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, onboarding drivers, and maintaining high standards of service. A flexible, remote-friendly environment supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 2-4 years in Customer Support, Support Operations, Operations, or similar role.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Comfortable working with data and KPIs relevant to driver and fleet performance.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Management: create/update pages, improve itineraries, develop FAQs.
• Market Research & Pricing Analysis: conduct market research, align pricing across channels, coordinate CRM updates.
• Driver Training & Management: develop training resources, onboard drivers, build top-performing fleet-partner community.
• Daily performance monitoring: track KPIs, ensure CRM integrations, coordinate cross-department issues.
