You’ll work on-site Monday through Friday and collaborate across Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure data accuracy for trials and commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or engineering field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience.

• Excellent social and presentation skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolve current manual DME operations processes to enable scalability with intuitive, efficient, and automated processes.
• Investigate and implement process improvements using productivity tools.
• Develop and execute process documentation and work instructions within a QMS.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards by maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams for timely delivery and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot programming operations with Engineering and test release candidates.
• Optimize Shipping/Receiving workflows with Patient Access to improve costs and satisfaction.
• Assist with New Product Introduction, coordinating with engineering and suppliers.
• Assist with sourcing, negotiating lead times, costs, and terms with suppliers; maintain supplier relationships.
