Base pay range
$47,000.00/yr - $53,000.00/yr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Specialist to join our Managed Services Team. This role is critical in executing the operational plan effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction, on-time performance, and efficient order management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Industry-Leading Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build & Execute on Customer Orders:
- Accurately create, process, and track orders to completion.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Operational Expert in Our System:
- Utilize and master our Transportation Management System (TMS) and other operational tools.
- Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Create, Update & Maintain Client Records:
- Ensure all customers and order details are up-to-date in internal systems.
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting for operational visibility.
- Ensure Order Accuracy & Shipment Tracking:
- Monitor shipments, proactively address delays, and communicate updates.
- Implement best practices to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
- One years of experience in supply chain, operations, transportation, shipping logistics, or a related field.
- TMS experience preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
