Range USA is expanding and seeks an Operations Specialist to drive store performance through inventory management, compliance, and operational processes. You will ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to regulations while maintaining organized backroom and admin tasks.

Role involves receiving, inventory control, audits, and supporting customer orders, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support store sales by maintaining visual standards and pricing.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy.
• Receive and process inventory, including firearms and transfers.
• Manage e-commerce orders and layaways, ensuring timely processing.
• Support ATF/OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
