Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, seeks an Operations Specialist in Blue Ash, OH. The role supports store performance through inventory management, compliance, and efficient backroom operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store visuals, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Conduct inventory counts and audits for accuracy.
• Receive and process inventory, including firearms and transfers.
• Process adjustments and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Support ATF/OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Manage e-commerce orders and layaways.
• Coordinate service parts and follow-up.
• Assist with stock levels and supplier relations.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-performing operations.
