Job summary

Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is seeking an Operations Specialist to support inventory management, compliance, and backroom operations across locations. You will ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to firearm regulations while maintaining organized administrative processes.

Collaborating with store leadership, you will handle receiving, cycle counts, reporting, and customer order fulfillment, contributing to operational excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and store operations.
• Familiarity with compliance and safety policies.
• Experience processing incoming inventory and e-commerce orders.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & merchandising execution: maintain visuals, pricing, promotions, and signage; ensure accuracy.
• Receiving & inventory control: process incoming inventory, transfers, and e-commerce orders; maintain receiving area.
• Compliance & regulatory support: assist with safety policies and documentation checks.
• Customer order & service support: manage e-commerce orders, layaways, and related communications.
