Range USA is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Newton, OH location. The role focuses on inventory management, compliance with firearm regulations, and efficient backroom and administrative operations.

You will work closely with store leadership to maintain stock, pricing accuracy, and smooth order fulfillment. The position requires at least 2 years in retail or operations, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and item tracking.
• Strong attention to detail with compliance focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual standards, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy.
• Handle receiving, inventory transfers, and e-commerce orders timely.
• Ensure backroom is clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Process inventory adjustments and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Support compliance with ATF, OSHA, and safety policies.
• Assist with audits, corrections, and customer follow-up.
