Esusu Identity Services is seeking an Operations Specialist to scale our fast-growing unit. You will own onboarding, training, and account health, partnering with engineering, sales, and customers to drive value.

You will manage verification workflows, SOPs, and knowledge base content while optimizing processes with no-code automation. This role emphasizes ownership in a startup-within-a-startup.

Qualifications

• Relevant years of operational experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort learning and leveraging no-code/automation platforms.
• Proven ability to manage external client relationships while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Experience defining, documenting SOPs or knowledge bases.
• Operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Onboardings: end-to-end setup for new property management clients.
• Facilitate Client Training for on-site staff and regional managers.
• Drive Time-to-Value by resolving data/configuration delays with engineering.
