WM is seeking an Operations Specialist for Collections in Clayton, IN to provide advanced clerical support and coordinate daily operations.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage information, and communicate with supervisors about operations while serving as the Kronos proxy for drivers and helpers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools is essential for handling tasks from procurement to scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• No prior work experience and
• must be at least 18 years of age and
• legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues; maintain and distribute department information daily.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers about operational issues; manage office tasks and KRONOS daily updates for drivers and helpers.
• Use Microsoft Suite and other software to handle procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and basic payments; assist with projects and scheduling.
