Conair LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee daily distribution-center operations, coordinating inbound, outbound and value-added services with internal teams and 3PL partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet company objectives. On-site in the United States, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a 3PL, distribution, warehouse or logistics role.
• Strong data-driven problem solving.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with WMS, inventory-control methods, and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and brands on value-added services and quality-control at the DC.
• Support inbound optimization and supplier challenges.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, and Finance to resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with 3PL on inbound quality-control and special projects.
• Manage inbound damaged inventory and 3PL requirements.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships for transparency and timely issue resolution.
• Implement corrective actions with production teams for quality issues.
• Oversee 3PL accessorial labor projects including product conversions, rework, returns, and damages.
• Coordinate with Asia on inbound issues.
