Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. seeks a detail-oriented operations support professional to bolster daily distribution activities in Fall River, MA.

You will work across Customer Solutions, Transportation, and 3PL Operations, focusing on reporting, analytics, and administrative tasks to keep shipments moving smoothly. You will maintain KPI dashboards, support process improvements, document SOPs, and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• BA degree candidate or related experience.
• Experience with reporting, KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and issues.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across Customer Solutions, Transportation, and 3PL Operations teams.
• Maintain Distribution Tower reporting, performance scorecards, and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with customer service, transportation, warehouse, inventory, and claims admin.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and issues.
• Coordinate SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support projects including system implementations and process improvements.
• Track action items, prepare reports and presentations, and provide admin support to Distribution leadership.
• Other responsibilities with similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

Job description

Support the daily execution of distribution operations by assisting with reporting, analytics, customer support activities, transportation administration, warehouse coordination, and continuous improvement projects across the three distribution teams.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across Customer Solutions, Transportation, and 3PL Operations teams.
• Maintain Distribution Tower reporting, performance scorecards, and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with customer service, transportation, warehouse, inventory, and claims-related administrative activities.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, service issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate documentation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support transportation, warehouse, and customer projects including system implementations and process improvements.
• Track action items, prepare reports and presentations, and provide administrative support to the Distribution leadership team.
• Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Degree (B.A.) candidate from College or University or related experience; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
