Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline required; 4 years related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of production control experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Metals manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reprocess batches to support manufacturing.
• Establishes work priorities for manufacturing, lab and quality areas.
• Resolves product deviations between sales and operations to ensure shipments.
• Provides support to all involved departments to streamline processes.
• Chairs production meetings with cross-functional participants.
• Ensures critical orders remain on schedule to meet customer demands.
• Provides communication between sales, quality, technical and operations.
• Maintains shipment reports for all levels of management.
