IMS Care Center in Phoenix/Bloomfield area seeks an Operations Specialist for the Cardiology vein clinic. You will supervise vein clinic operations, coordinate patient flow, and support clinicians with exams and procedures.
Role requires strong customer service, EMR proficiency, and experience in medical office operations within a fast-paced environment. Emphasis on HIPAA compliance and teamwork.

IMS Care Center is currently searching for a professional, compassionate and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Operations Specialist for our Cardiology department. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of the vein clinic operations. Ensures that patients receive excellent customer service. The Operations Specialist is an exemplary model, for both staff and patients; for professionalism, respect, customer service and compassion.

High School or better.
Experience with office medical procedures and treatments and knowledge of insurance, managed care operations, EMR and scheduling software
At least 3 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant Diploma
Medical Asst. Certificate
