Job summary

RX Medical in Oklahoma City is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage warehouse and on-site medical deliveries. You will ensure the right products reach hospitals on time, while maintaining inventory accuracy and field communications.

This fast-paced, hands-on role requires 1–3+ years in warehouse or logistics, strong organization, and comfort with mobile apps and basic computer systems. You’ll work with a tight-knit team to support patient care and surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
• Good communication skills (calls, texts, email).
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team.
• Ability to meet healthcare compliance requirements (immunizations, screenings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery.
• Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Set up and organize products upon delivery.
• Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation.
• Upload delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs.
• Help troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep).
• Follow all company policies, including HIPAA and privacy regulations.
