Job summary

Candor Expedite, inc. is seeking a logistics professional to track shipments, ensure carrier documentation, and maintain compliance with FMCSA/DOT requirements. The role supports timely invoicing and accurate rate confirmations while building strong relationships with carriers and customers.

Ideal candidates will manage multiple client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and demonstrate problem solving, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients, projects and/or teams to achieve a high service level.
• A basic understanding of freight, shipping & transportation, supply chain, and client service related to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and traces all shipments, ensuring accuracy and customer expectations are met.
• Enters and ensures all carrier documentation is received for new carrier setups and updates partner profiles.
• Ensures all carrier partners adhere to federal guidelines (FMCSA/DOT).
• Releases customer orders for invoicing via Candor’s TMS in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures rate confirmations and rate agreements are compliant.
• Understand transportation optimization techniques including mode selection and routing.
• Oversee carriers’ proof of delivery, capacity, driver information, and service commitments.
• Develop long-term relationships with carrier drivers, shippers, consignees, and teammates.
• Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.
