Responsibilities

• Tracks and traces all shipments, ensuring accuracy and confirming vendor compliance.
• Enters and verifies all carrier documentation for new carrier setups.
• Ensures carrier partners adhere to federal guidelines related to FMCSA and DOT requirements.
• Releases all customer orders for invoicing via Candor’s TMS in a timely manner.
• Ensures compliance of all rate confirmations and rate agreements.
• Understands transportation optimization techniques, including mode selection.
• Oversees carrier accountability for proof of delivery and tracking acceptance.
• Develops effective long‑term relationships with carrier drivers and shippers.
• Collaborates with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the Role

• Understanding transportation optimization techniques, including mode selection, freight consolidation, load building, and efficient routing.
• Oversees carrier accountability for proof of delivery, capacity, driver information, truck and trailer requirements, tracking acceptance, and service commitments.
• Develops effective long‑term relationships with carrier drivers, shippers, consignees, and teammates.
• Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.
