Responsibilities

• Track and trace all shipments for accuracy.
• Ensure carrier documentation is received for new setups.
• Ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
• Release customer orders for invoicing via TMS.
• Ensure rate confirmations and agreements are compliant.
• Understand transportation optimization techniques.
• Oversee carrier accountability for proof of delivery.
• Develop effective long-term relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure satisfaction.

About the role

• Tracks and traces all shipments, ensuring accuracy, customer’s expectations are met, and vendors are delivering on their commitment to Candor Expedite.
• Enters and ensures all carrier documentation is received for new carrier setups and updates any existing partner profiles as needed.
• Ensures that all carrier partners adhere to all federal guidelines in reference to all FMSCA and DOT requirements.
• Ensure all customer orders are released for invoicing via Candor’s TMS in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures all rate confirmations and rate agreements are compliant.
• Understand transportation optimization techniques including mode selection, freight consolidation, load building, and efficient routing.
• Oversee carriers accountability for proof of delivery, capacity, driver information, truck and trailer requirements, tracking acceptance and service commitments.
• Develops effective long-term relationships with carrier drivers, shippers, consignees, and teammates.
• Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.
