Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Toledo, Ohio. As an Operations Specialist, you will oversee and enhance day-to-day operational processes. Responsibilities include on-site hardware repair, coordinating project deliverables, supporting customers, and conducting tasks in A.I. data pipeline. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
