Job summary

CSKT Tribal Credit Department is seeking an Operations Specialist for a full-time, non-exempt position in Tribal Credit. The successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver License, and at least one year of clerical and cash handling experience.

You will operate loan servicing systems and imaging/records management tools, maintain accurate cash receipting and records, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

OPERATIONS SPECIALISTFULL-TIME NON-EXEMPT POSITIONTRIBAL CREDIT

The successful applicant must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. A valid Driver License and at least one (1) year of clerical and cash handling experience. Technical capacity to operate standard office equipment & operating software, loan servicing systems and imaging/records management tools. Accuracy in cash receipting, transacting and customer record keeping. Maintain composure in a fast paced, highly interactive work environment. Communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently both vocally and in writing with team members, other departments, third-party service providers and the public. Sustain attention to detail to complete multiple tasks timely and accurately. This position is subject to criminal and financial background check. The incumbent will become familiar with and adhere to Tribal Resolution 06-48 regarding Code of Conduct for Tribal employees and appointed officials. The position will be subject to a 6-month probationary period. The position may be employed under a contract. All applicants must submit a Tribal employment application, a copy of relevant academic transcripts, & training certificates, and a copy of a current valid Drivers License. Any enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe must be submitted, if applicable. If you claimed Veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 form must be submitted. This position is (NOT) a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT drug testing policy. A favorable determination resulting from a complete Criminal & Financial Background Investigation is required before your placement in this position. The successful applicant, if not currently employed by the Tribes, must complete & pass a pre-hire drug screen and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.

The pay rate is $15.15 to $17.41 per hour, including benefits.
