Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences is seeking an Operations Specialist/Project Coordinator for the Office of Community Health Innovation (OCHI). You will coordinate projects, streamline processes, and manage program logistics while collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to advance healthcare education and community health initiatives.

The role emphasizes organized, solutions-focused work supporting complex operations and program delivery in a university setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business/healthcare administration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in administration, operations, project coordination, executive support, or related area.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace technology.
  • Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The Role at a Glance

Join Roseman University’s Office of Community Health Innovation (OCHI) and help turn innovative ideas into programs that make a difference.

As the Operations Specialist, you’ll serve as a key operational resource supporting OCHI and the GENESIS program. You’ll coordinate projects, streamline processes, manage program logistics and resources, and collaborate with faculty, staff, students, leadership, and community partners.   • Be the Operational Go-To – Coordinate departmental resources, technology, procurement, inventory, vendors, travel, and workplace logistics that keep programs running successfully.

What You’ll Bring
