Qualifications

Experience supporting operational, site-specific, or compliance-related processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage site-specific requirements within Heavy Industry Operations.
Support DISA-related processes and SAP S/4HANA workflows.
Open and maintain customer orders and process customer invoicing.
Approve vendor invoices and provide administrative support across Heavy Operations.
