Innova Solutions is seeking a diligent Material Handler for a full-time, on-site role in Simpsonville, SC. You will manage material flow, perform forklift operations, and maintain accurate inventory documentation to support production.

This 6-month contract emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior experience with MRP systems, inventory control, and basic computing.

Job Details

Position: Material Handler

• Position type: Full-time, Contract
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Simpsonville, SC - Onsite
• Shift : 1st shift 7:00am- 3:30pm Monday- Fri; Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently handle materials, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in packaging and shipping of finished goods when required.

Requirements

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have prior experience working with MRP system, operating a forklift and or Material Lifter (not a manual pallet jack)
• Previous experience in a material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management.

Compensation & Benefits

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $16.00/hr to $17.50 /hr depending on experience/skill set level *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
