Innova Solutions is hiring an Inventory Management position in Malabar, FL. This full-time contract role is onsite with a 2nd shift (3:30pm-2am) from Monday to Thursday. The role focuses on receiving, stockroom management, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prefer experience in stockrooms or inventory control, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. W-2 basis only. Benefits and compensation aligned with market norms.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Inventory Management Position Type: Full-time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Malabar, FL 32950 (Onsite/2nd shift/3:30pm-2am/Mon-Thur)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities for Receiving
  • Must receive all incoming material.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to material immediately to management.
  • Count and verify material against the purchase order or invoice.
  • Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Responsibilities for Stockroom
  • Organize and maintain stockroom inventory according to company procedures.
  • Pick and issue material to internal and external customers.
  • Assist in counting and verifying material in stockroom to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to material immediately to management.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment preferred.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team or individually.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures per company guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Able to use the applications Outlook and Microsoft Teams

Position Eligibility Note:

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $19-$20/hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
