Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is required.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and quality standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to meet targets.
• Monitor schedules and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.
• Ensure refurbished products meet quality standards and specs.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve objectives.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and SOP adherence across operations.
• Optimize labor, equipment, and material allocation for workflow.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
