You will support technicians, oversee warehouse and fleet activities, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records using Geotab and standard office tools.

This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience and data entry skills.
• Typing around 30 wpm and 10-key data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet use.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail and maintain service records.
• Maintain Maui warehouse parts and conduct monthly audits.
• Support field technicians and coordinate parts delivery.
• Research and source special-order parts.
• Process customer payments and update accounts.
• Create and manage service tickets and resolve issues.
• Coordinate service operations and scheduling.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and use Geotab for efficiency.
