Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Sales, Operations, and Field Service within the Pumps Division

• Assist customers with diagnosing pumps to determine parts needed for repairs or replacement
• Process, track, and close out orders in our system
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Service to ensure access to parts and information
