SJE Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to coordinate and support Sales, Operations, and Field Service within our Pumps Division.

You will manage customer relationships, order processing, and inventory control, and you will provide quotes and parts recommendations to customers. You will work closely with Sales and Field Service to ensure teams have the information, parts, and inventory needed to perform their jobs.

The job:

As our Operations Support Assistant your primary role will be to provide coordination and support of Sales, Operations, and Field Service within our Pumps Division. You will be responsible for customer relationships, order processing, and inventory control. You will place orders and provide detailed quotes for our internal and external customers. You will assist customers with diagnosis of their pumps to determine parts needed for repairs or replacement. You will process, track, and close out orders in our system. You will work closely with our Sales and Field Service teams to ensure they have information, parts, or inventory that they need to do their jobs.

• Be self-directed and organized

• Have great attention to detail

A 2-year degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
