Job summary

SPS Health in Denver, CO seeks a Recruitment, Training & Onboarding Specialist to build and sustain a compliant, high-performing independent contractor driver workforce for new client implementations and ongoing operations.

You will own the driver recruitment lifecycle from planning and sourcing through contracting, onboarding, and early-stage retention, partnering with regional teams to meet launch timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in client services, implementation, logistics, or compliance roles.
• Experience with pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management is a plus and CRM tooling knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding and retention.
• Collaborate with RAMs, RACs, and operations leadership on staffing.
• Manage recruiting budgets, postings, and candidate tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and contractor documentation.
• Develop and deliver driver training programs aligned to client needs.
• Support client implementations with workforce readiness and launches.
