Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with leaders across the business and build world-class teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will leverage Greenhouse, Gem, and Google Sheets to manage pipelines, track metrics, and inform stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with operations roles, from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers.
• Comfortable navigating ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and Google Sheets.
• Support hiring needs across tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, manufacturing, etc.
• Bias for action and solution oriented.
• Strong sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talent.
• Build relationships with local talent pools (schools, networks, events).
• Clear written and verbal communication; craft engaging messaging.
• Data-driven to track results and inform stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the business to find amazing talent for diverse teams.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Recommend and drive improvements to recruiting practices and processes.
