Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing, is hiring an Operations Recruiter in Somerville, MA. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with leaders to find top talent passionate about delivering results for customers.

You will source, interview, and hire candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience end-to-end. You will navigate Greenhouse, Gem, and Google Sheets, build diverse talent pipelines, and contribute to scalable recruiting practices.
