Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a proactive Campus Recruiting Lead to drive full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns annually across technical and non-technical teams. You will partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute campus events, promote our talent brand, and convert high-potential applicants.

You will manage onboarding and ongoing development of interns in collaboration with People Operations, working primarily from our Somerville, MA office to support an in-person program and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, student development and/or people operations (including internship/co-op experience).
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation and writing skills across audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% during peak campus seasons and lift up to 50lbs for event setup.
• Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Curious and capable of quickly understanding unfamiliar technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.
• Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote Formlabs and attract high-potential applicants.
• Manage intern program onboarding, development, and offboarding in partnership with People Operations.
• Work primarily in our Somerville, MA office to support our fully in-person intern program and recruiting events.
