Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams, partnering with stakeholders to define hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.

You will plan college career fairs, manage onboarding and support in-person recruiting events with our People Operations team, while promoting our talent brand and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, student development and/or people operations (including internship/co-op experience).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.
• Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote our talent brand.
