Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong QA/QMS background, and leadership to coordinate audits, reports, and reviews with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required.
• Experience supervising employees in a quality setting.
• Experience with quality inspections and QMS background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Gathers necessary quality data and assists with data analysis to develop work measurement methodologies.
• Conducts audits to identify non-compliance and helps create corrective actions.
• Identifies non-compliance and supports management in action plans.
• Verifies changes and develops reports and reference documents.
• Manages a group of inspectors to meet daily/weekly tasks.
• Supports Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
