Job summary

UPS is seeking a Quality Inspector Supervisor to support aerospace warehouse operations, ensuring quality objectives are met through data-driven analysis and process improvements.

The role involves supervising inspectors, conducting audits, and coordinating with leadership to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication, QMS experience, and a willingness to travel are required for this permanent on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and travel; experience supervising employees.
• Experience in quality inspections and quality mindset is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers quality data and assists with data analysis to develop work measurement methodologies.
• Conducts audits to identify non-compliance and collaborates on corrective actions.
• Records non-compliance and coordinates with operations management to address issues.
• Verifies implemented changes and maintains reference documents.
• Leads a group of inspectors to achieve daily/weekly tasks.
• Supports Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR).
• Thrives in high-paced environments with high quality expectations.
