Job summary

UPS is seeking a Quality Inspector to support aerospace warehouse operations, ensuring quality objectives and metrics alignment. The role involves supervising inspectors, data gathering, audits, and reporting to drive continuous improvement in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing monthly performance goals, tracking service objectives, and participating in MBR/QBR. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be willing to travel and work flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in engineering, math, CS, or related field.
• Experience in quality inspections and quality mindset is preferred.
• Strong supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gathers quality data and assists with data analysis to develop metrics and improve processes.
• Performs audits to identify non-compliance and develops corrective action plans.
• Develops reports and maintains reference documents.
• Supervises inspectors and coordinates daily/weekly tasks.
• Supports Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR).
