Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Experience auditing, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of quality systems, CI methodologies, and process management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer quality requirements and expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and WMS.
• Effective communication with hourly employees, management, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality operations within the facility and ensure compliance with Boeing requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct routine audits of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, sequencing, and material handling.
• Investigate quality incidents, customer concerns, non-conforming material, and inventory discrepancies.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor key quality KPIs and prepare reports for site leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate quality training and ensure understanding of customer expectations and quality requirements.
• Support customer audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
• Track and validate corrective actions to sustain process improvements.
