Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector/Coordinator to support aerospace warehouse operations, ensuring quality metrics align with business objectives. The role includes training support, supervising inspectors, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and experience with QMS. Travel may be required, and weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent required.
• Preferred: engineering, mathematics, CS or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience supervising employees.
• Experience in quality inspections and QMS background.
• Willing to travel and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather quality data and assist with data analysis to develop work measurement methodologies.
• Conduct audits to identify non-compliance and implement fixes.
• Identify and record non-compliance; develop action plans with operations.
• Verify implemented changes.
• Develop reports and maintain reference documents.
• Manage a group of inspectors to meet daily/weekly tasks.
• Support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR).
• Work in high-paced environments with high quality expectations.
