Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of progressively responsible administrative, healthcare, behavioral health, quality, compliance, project coordination, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, electronic records, email, and other office technology.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees at all organizational levels and with outside organizations.
• Ability to work independently, identify needed follow-up, and bring significant concerns to the appropriate leader without waiting for specific direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the COO and assist with agency-wide projects and priorities.
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, project lists, regulatory due dates, follow-up activities, and recurring operational responsibilities.
• Prepare agendas, supporting materials, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials for the COO.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of leadership meetings, regulatory reviews, accreditation surveys, audits, monitoring visits, and other agency activities.
• Triage communications directed to the COO and identify matters requiring timely or immediate COO attention.
• Maintain organized electronic records for COO administrative and operational functions.
• Coordinate committee activities; record and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
